Limburg agent (27) receives 12 months suspended sentence for drug possession and leaking police data to her dealer

A 27-year-old police officer from Limburg received a suspended 12-month prison sentence and an €8,000 fine for drug possession and leaking police information. She was found with cocaine and Alpha PHP, a synthetic stimulant. The investigation began in 2025 when messages from her to a drug dealer were discovered on his phone. The officer sought information from police databases for her dealer, who later used these messages to blackmail her. The prosecutor criticized her actions, emphasizing the damage to her credibility as a police officer. Although her lawyer claimed she has stopped using drugs, the court imposed probation conditions, including drug counseling and urine tests.
