Lithuanian police uncovered a massive drug production operation, also stopping a shipment intended for the Czech Republic
Lithuanian authorities uncovered a large synthetic drug lab, seizing over 500 kg of methamphetamine and 300 kg of amphetamine. The operation, involving a Dutch citizen of Turkish descent, revealed one of the largest drug manufacturing facilities in the Baltics. Investigators believe the lab was supplying not only Lithuania but also targeting markets in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and the Czech Republic. The police also confiscated over 3000 liters of BMK, a precursor chemical, and approximately 4.5 kg of synthetic cathinone. Four individuals have been charged in connection with this case, which carries a potential sentence of up to 18 years in prison for illegal drug production and trafficking.
