Lokeren presents Reynaert audio tour and new mural in Daknam: "Decide for yourself whether the fox is a villain or a hero"

Lokeren has officially launched the audio tour 'Nobelpad: villain or hero' and a mural of Reynaert de Vos in Daknam. The mural, created by local artist Wildverband, complements the audio tour that narrates the Reynaert story, allowing visitors to decide if Reynaert is a villain or a hero. The audio features voices from students of the Ter Beuken Academy, while a new access board was made by construction students from VLOT! campus. The mural includes various characters and key moments from the medieval tale, emphasizing the cultural significance of Reynaert in Lokeren. A family walking route is also in development, showcasing local street art and Reynaert-themed sites.
