BCP's profit rises 12.6% to 873.7 million euros by September

BCP reported a profit of 873.7 million euros for the first nine months of the year, marking a 12.6% increase compared to the previous year. CEO Miguel Maya described the period as challenging due to exceptional circumstances requiring close management. The net result from operations in Portugal reached 727.9 million euros, reflecting an 11.2% year-on-year growth.
