Abanca Portugal profits rise 19.5% to 99 million euros by September

Abanca Portugal reported a 19.5% increase in pre-tax profits, reaching 99 million euros by September. The bank's business volume grew to 21.3 billion euros, with a 4.3% rise in net loans to customers. Operational costs decreased by 8.3%, contributing to improved efficiency. The bank attracted 19,000 new clients during this period, and off-balance sheet resources surged by 24.2%, totaling 3.2 billion euros.
