Luís Neves: "The camps and the encampments have ended"

Luís Neves, the Minister of Internal Administration, announced the end of protests in Porto and Lisbon, emphasizing the need for legality. He praised police actions to restore public order while affirming the legitimacy of peaceful demonstrations. Neves warned against extremist infiltration and assured that security forces would respond firmly to any illegal activities. He reiterated that while the right to protest is valid, occupying spaces unlawfully will not be tolerated, and any extremist behavior will be dealt with accordingly.
