Luís Neves allegedly threatened to "destroy and crush" Gouveia e Melo

This claim was reported by CNN Portugal, following a complaint made by security expert Paulo Dias to the Judicial Police. Dias stated that Neves harbored a personal animosity towards Gouveia e Melo, which was discussed in various meetings. Gouveia e Melo confirmed awareness of the threats but emphasized his commitment to institutional cooperation. Dias also accused Neves of opposing his involvement in a police project and claimed Neves mentioned having a compromising dossier on him. Neves denied all allegations and expressed his intention to defend his honor legally.
