While 76% of Polish Gen Z believe they are skilled in AI, only 33% use AI tools professionally daily. Concerns about job security due to AI are prevalent, with 30% of young Poles citing it as their top worry. The gap between perceived AI skills and readiness for job market changes is significant, at 40 percentage points.
