The Prime Minister reported a 231% increase in property prices in Hungary since 2010, compared to the EU average of 53%. He emphasized that the non-repayable part of the CSOK can still be combined with the Wekerle Plus program. Most Otthon Start contracts were for investment purposes, with 70% of loans taken by the wealthiest 10-15%. Ongoing loan applications can be submitted until November 15. He announced the reintroduction of the housing savings system, providing over 100,000 HUF in state support for young people's contributions. Additionally, a home renovation program funded by EU sources will start, affecting at least 120,000 homes.
