Péter Magyar: The Otthon Start will remain valid until October 31

The government has announced that real estate purchase contracts signed by October 31 and loan applications submitted by November 15 can apply for the Otthon Start loan. This decision aims to facilitate the closure of ongoing property purchases. During a press conference, officials outlined the new housing loan program's conditions, stating that the Wekerle program will start soon. Those who have already signed purchase agreements will have an additional fifteen days to submit their loan applications, providing a brief extension for applicants.
