Péter Magyar: The End of Szilveszter Ókovács's Reign of Terror

The Hungarian State Opera's director, Szilveszter Ókovács, has been dismissed by Minister Zoltán Tarr due to findings from an institutional audit. The new leadership will be selected through a transparent application process. Balázs Ivacs will temporarily take over until a new director is appointed. Ókovács expressed disappointment over the lack of communication during the audit process.
