The Felcsút football team is explaining itself regarding the 45.4 billion HUF sports support it received.

The Felcsút Youth Development Foundation received 45.4 billion HUF from corporate tax sources over eleven seasons, prompting the Puskás Academy to criticize the government's portrayal of these funds as misleading. The government released data showing that 1,407.9 billion HUF in public money was allocated to sports organizations from these sources since the 2015/16 season. The Puskás Academy argues that the government’s report lacks nuance and omits important details about their funding and contributions to other sports organizations. They emphasize their achievements, including developing a major sports center and contributing players to national teams, while also noting that not all clubs have used the funds legally, with over 500 cases of unreturned state funds.
