The wind blew at nearly 100 km/h, breaking the Budapest wind record

On October 22, a new wind speed record was set in Budapest, reaching 99 km/h at János Hill, surpassing the previous record of 93.6 km/h from 2014. This was due to a fluctuating frontal system that intensified the northwesterly winds across Hungary.
