The "Fondo Valore Nuovi Nati" will be a savings fund for children born or adopted from 2027, with the state contributing 100 euros annually for 18 years. Parents can add funds with a 19% tax deduction on contributions up to 1,000 euros per year. The INPS will manage individual accounts.
