Manovra: con flessibilità Ue aiuti all'energia, per le imprese scatta vincolo green
The EU's flexibility allows for new energy security measures, with a green constraint for companies receiving aid against high electricity costs. Articles 82 and 83 of the budget plan allocate up to 6 billion euros in support from 2027 to 2030, contingent on companies investing at least 100% of the aid in reducing consumption and emissions. Of this package, 2.5 billion euros are for energy-intensive businesses, while 3.53 billion euros target micro, small, and medium enterprises. Eligible investments include renewable energy, storage systems, energy efficiency, and electrification of production processes. SMEs must start projects after applying and complete them within 36 months, subject to GSE oversight, which can reduce or recover aid in case of non-compliance. EU approval is required for state aid incentives.
