Manovra: per il piano clima regia al Mase e nomine in deroga, modello Pnrr

The Italian Ministry of Environment will establish a new unit to oversee the Climate Social Plan, with a budget of over 6 million euros. This unit will monitor climate funding through the ReGiS platform, ensuring compliance with the plan's objectives until December 31, 2033. Four directors will be appointed, with some exceptions to standard hiring limits, while existing staff will be utilized for non-managerial roles. The unit will verify progress and report to the European Commission, with penalties for delays or misuse of funds.
