Manovra: si rivede il riparto dei fondi per gli asili nido per il calo nascite

The Italian government plans to reallocate excess funds for nurseries due to declining birth rates. Article 121 of the budget introduces a new fund distribution mechanism for 2027. The technical report indicates that the decreasing population in the relevant age group may allow achieving a 33% coverage of nurseries in each municipality with fewer resources than previously allocated, thus freeing up excess funds.
