Mantova at the top for Ztl, bike paths and trees: seven times in the top ten

The city ranks second for ZTL extension and third for cycling infrastructure and public trees. It also secured fifth place in public transport passenger numbers among smaller cities. Despite challenges with air quality, Mantova's internal migration balance is positive, reflecting economic growth and sustainability efforts.
