Marcin Bosacki on the decision of the Lviv Regional Council: we hold Volodymyr Zelensky's office to its word

The Lviv Regional Council declared 2027 as the Year of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, which has sparked controversy. Deputy Foreign Minister Marcin Bosacki criticized the decision as provocative and claimed it could harm Polish-Ukrainian relations. He mentioned assurances from President Zelensky's office that the decision would not be implemented. Bosacki also discussed recent legislative changes in Poland regarding abortion and expressed concerns about the current state of Polish-American relations, particularly regarding U.S. pressure on Ukraine. He emphasized the need for Ukraine to maintain its sovereignty and warned against trusting Russian promises.
