Marina Abramović : “Davanti al mio asino dovrebbero sedersi i politici”

Alda Fendi presents a unique artistic experience in Rome featuring Marina Abramović's project "Confession, 2026" at the Arco di Giano. This initiative merges contemporary art with archaeology and memory, inviting visitors to engage with the artwork. The project includes three interconnected pieces, with the centerpiece being a life-sized golden donkey sculpture that symbolizes a collective experience of confession. The opening event on November 19 coincides with Abramović's 80th birthday, celebrated with a performance and a video piece documenting her journey through Rome. The installation will be accessible until May 19, 2027, fostering a dialogue about art's role in society and the significance of confession.
