Initiated by resident Filipa Leão, the event invites the community to celebrate Halloween together. Each floor has a unique theme, including a circus, morgue, and psychiatric hospital. The event opens to the public on October 31 at 8 PM, with free entry and an option for donations to support future decorations. This initiative not only celebrates the holiday but also fosters community connections among residents.
