Do you have Betadine at home? One batch has a mistake on the packaging that changes everything

Pharmedex is recalling a batch of Betadine ointment due to a printing error on the expiration date. The affected batch, 312, incorrectly states an expiration of 10/2028 instead of the correct date of 10/2026. This means the product is no longer effective as of the end of October 2023. The recall affects pharmacies and healthcare facilities, but patients do not need to return the product. Betadine is commonly used for minor injuries and infections.
