Matignon is preparing to sell the private hotel of the High Commissioner for Strategy and Planning
The Beistegui hotel in Paris, previously occupied by François Bayrou, is set to be sold by the government as part of a real estate strategy. The property, which has been state-owned for over fifty years, spans 1,506 square meters and offers stunning views of the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. The government plans to return this and another smaller property to the domain by 2027, as they no longer have use for them.
