Maxime Meiland had a need for proof in Expeditie Robinson: 'I'm not a little princess'

Maxime, Sjinkie, Shelley, and Boaz are set to participate in the new season of Expeditie Robinson, each for personal reasons. Maxime felt it was the right time after previous contract issues, while Sjinkie recently retired from professional sports. Shelley aimed to confront her fears, and Boaz sought solitude on the island. The show features ten Dutch and nine Belgian celebrities competing for survival on an uninhabited island. Participants undergo challenges testing their endurance and survival skills. The experience proves challenging, with participants missing comforts from home and facing unexpected situations, such as encounters with wildlife. The season premieres tonight on RTL 4.
