There is still no international arrest warrant against Ádám Matolcsy and György Stofa

An arrest warrant has been issued for Ádám Matolcsy and György Stofa, but an international warrant is still pending. The Central Investigative Prosecutor's Office requested the international warrant, which must be approved by a judge. If granted, it will be sent to the Ministry of Justice and the International Criminal Cooperation Center for inclusion in databases. However, extradition is not automatic and depends on the legal classification of the alleged crime in both countries. Until the international warrant is active, Matolcsy and Stofa can move relatively freely abroad, but would be detained if they attempt to return to Hungary.
