The metamorphosis of a historic factory in Warsaw. It has been abandoned for a quarter of a century.
A new investment is underway in Szmulowizna, part of Praga Północ in Warsaw, transforming the former Drucianka factory into a vibrant mixed-use area. The project, led by SGI, aims to revitalize the site with residential units, offices, and public spaces while preserving its historical architecture. Designed by the Juvenes architectural studio, the development will include 104 apartments ranging from 27 to 174 m², featuring high ceilings and large windows. The complex will also offer green spaces and a two-level underground garage, with completion expected by early 2028.
