Milan clashes: three minors detained, 21 placed under house arrest or in youth care

Three minors are in pre-trial detention and 21 others are under home confinement or in youth care due to recent riots in Milan. This follows the arrest of 35 minors during the clashes on October 18. The Juvenile Court and Prosecutor's Office confirmed these measures after validation hearings.
