Expert Mirosław Oczkoś suggested that Nawrocki might face consequences from the trial, despite previous claims that past controversies did not harm his political career. Geldon's testimony, given under oath, supported claims made in an Onet article, while another witness, a friend of Nawrocki, denied seeing his direct involvement. The case stems from a 2024 article alleging Nawrocki's knowledge or participation in the prostitution ring during his time at the hotel, which he vehemently denies, calling it a political attack.
