Mobbing in a new way
The concept of mobbing is commonly understood as psychological violence in the workplace, but in labor law, it has a specific normative meaning defined in Article 943 § 2 of the Labor Code. This definition describes mobbing as persistent and long-term harassment or intimidation of an employee, leading to a diminished professional self-esteem, humiliation, isolation, or exclusion from the team. Jurisprudence emphasizes that all mentioned criteria must be met simultaneously for an action to qualify as mobbing.
