Bullying in a new way starting from November 5th
The concept of mobbing is commonly understood as psychological violence in the workplace, but legally it has a specific definition in labor law. According to Article 943 § 2 of the Labor Code, mobbing involves persistent and long-term harassment or intimidation of an employee, leading to a diminished professional evaluation, humiliation, isolation, or exclusion from the team. Jurisprudence emphasizes that all mentioned criteria must be met simultaneously for an act to qualify as mobbing.
