Morawiecki challenges Tusk. He wants a government change and points to a successor for the Prime Minister
Mateusz Morawiecki announced that his party, Rozwój Plus, intends to propose a constructive motion of no confidence against Donald Tusk's government. This initiative includes nominating a new prime minister to stabilize the political situation and ensure fair parliamentary elections by 2027. Morawiecki suggested former Speaker Marek Jurek as a candidate, emphasizing his conciliatory nature. He also advocated for a constitutional reset as a solution to the political crisis, although he doubts Tusk's government will accept it. Rozwój Plus plans to discuss these proposals with other political forces and meet with President Karol Nawrocki to seek peaceful resolutions to the ongoing constitutional crisis.
