Moscow confirms presence in negotiations with Kiev and Washington in Abu Dhabi

The Kremlin confirmed the Russian delegation's participation in peace negotiations with Ukraine and the US in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11. US envoy Steve Witkoff announced that discussions will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian efforts, and steps towards peace. Dmitry Peskov stated that Vladimir Medinsky will lead the Russian delegation. Additionally, US negotiators will meet with European representatives to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and economic support for its reconstruction. Witkoff expressed hopes for a comprehensive peace agreement ensuring long-term security.
