Mobile internet restricted in Moscow due to two summits

Starting Tuesday, temporary restrictions on mobile internet services will be implemented in central Moscow due to two international summits. These limitations will be in effect from October 27 to 29, specifically during the GECF summit and the Russia-Africa summit. The restrictions will not affect essential services on the 'white list', including voice calls and home internet. Over 4,000 business representatives are expected to attend the Russia-Africa summit. The Third Ring Road in Moscow will be the area impacted by these measures.
