MP proposes provisional suspension of the process of the 27 detained for resistance at the Lisbon camp

The Public Prosecutor's Office has proposed a provisional suspension of the case against 27 individuals arrested during a housing rights protest in Lisbon. This measure, announced by lawyer Ricardo Sá Fernandes, aims to avoid a court trial. The detainees were presented to the Local Court of Minor Criminality, facing charges of disobedience.
