Musetti, maratona notturna vinta con Van Assche a Lione: ora la semifinale contro Cobolli

An Italian player will reach the final of the ATP 250 Grand Prix Auvergne-Rhone-Alpe in Lyon, with Flavio Cobolli facing Lorenzo Musetti. Cobolli, the top seed, defeated Brandon Nakashima, while Musetti overcame Luca Van Assche in a tight match. This marks the sixteenth all-Italian semifinal in the Open era, dating back to 1973. The last notable semifinal was between Cobolli and Matteo Arnaldi, who withdrew due to illness. Historically, only Diego Nargiso reached the semifinals of this tournament before.
