After 28 years and 50,000 kilometers, adventurer Karl Bushby is home again: "Sorry for making you wait"
After 28 years of traveling over 50,000 kilometers, British adventurer Karl Bushby has returned to his hometown of Hull. He was warmly welcomed by supporters at the town hall. Bushby embarked on his journey in 1998, aiming to walk home without motorized transport. His emotional reunion included seeing his son Adam and meeting his granddaughter for the first time. Bushby faced numerous delays, including visa issues and the financial crisis, which extended his journey significantly. He swam across the Caspian Sea and the English Channel to complete his trek back home.
