First Brussels, then Abu Dhabi. The USA is preparing talks between Ukraine and Russia

Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, mediated by the United States, are set for November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi. Prior to this, U.S. officials will meet in Brussels with EU and NATO representatives to discuss security guarantees and post-war reconstruction for Ukraine. The talks aim to address security solutions, conflict de-escalation, and humanitarian efforts. This follows previous discussions in February, with Ukraine expressing readiness to resume negotiations. Steve Witkoff, the U.S. envoy, indicated that these talks are part of President Trump's mission to end the war.
