A driver of a Porsche, Michał K., has been charged with hooliganism after assaulting a woman in Warsaw. The incident occurred on October 15 when he punched the victim in the face after being signaled by another driver. Following the attack, he fled and was later located by authorities. Michał K. voluntarily reported to the prosecutor's office, expressing remorse for his actions. He had initially avoided police contact due to media attention and fear of escalation. Preventive measures include police supervision, a ban on contacting the victims, and a monetary bail of 20,000 PLN. He is 43 years old and runs his own business, with the Porsche not being his property.
