NATO trains the movement and supply of thousands of soldiers

Latvia hosts NATO's largest international brigade exercise, Resolute Reforger 2026, testing the alliance's long-distance mobility and combat readiness under challenging conditions. Approximately 3,000 troops and 1,000 military vehicles are participating until November 8. The exercise focuses on logistics, medical support, and military policing in the field, with a key challenge being the supply of frontline units with fuel, food, and water through a network of logistical stations. It also includes operations in realistic conditions, including civilian areas in eastern Latvia.
