The State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons offers a program to assist individuals with disabilities in purchasing adapted vehicles. The program "Independence – Activity – Mobility!" provides significant funding for buying cars suitable for wheelchair users. Eligible applicants must have a valid disability certificate and meet specific conditions, including a commitment not to sell the vehicle for seven years. The funding amount varies based on the vehicle's value and whether it is for a driver or passenger. Applications are submitted electronically, with the current application period running from October 5 to October 22, 2026. After approval, funds are disbursed directly to the vehicle seller.
