Netanyahu orders total blockade of the West Bank and announces large-scale Israeli military operation

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered a total blockade of the West Bank and announced a large-scale military operation following a shooting attack that killed two Israeli soldiers in Hebron. The measures include evacuating Palestinian residents from targeted neighborhoods, house-to-house searches, and demolishing buildings. Netanyahu stated that the Israel Defense Forces will enter the neighborhoods from which the attackers originated, aiming to dismantle terrorist infrastructures. The attack occurred when two men opened fire on soldiers, resulting in the death of the attackers and injuries to three soldiers. Netanyahu emphasized the need for immediate action to prevent a larger attack and initiated anti-terror operations in the occupied territory. Additionally, far-right officials called for the demolition of illegal Arab constructions and the dismantling of the Palestinian Authority, citing the need for military action similar to that in Gaza.
