"This matter cannot be resolved any other way." Cieszyński says what needs to be done with the Constitutional Tribunal

Janusz Cieszyński, a member of the KP Rozwój Plus, stated that a constitutional reset is necessary to resolve the current issues. He criticized the recent session of the Constitutional Tribunal (TK), claiming there was no quorum, thus no approved budget. During the meeting, only eight judges attended, leading to conflicting opinions on whether a quorum was achieved. Cieszyński emphasized that without the required two-thirds majority, the budget cannot be validly adopted, suggesting that those who cannot understand basic math should not be in their positions.
