Elżbieta and Lech Ledeccy have passed away

Elżbieta and Lech Ledecki passed away in a sanatorium in Wieńcu-Zdrój, as reported by family friend Tadeusz Piersiak. They were known as a couple from their time at the State School of Fine Arts in Częstochowa, where they studied together and later married. Lech died from pneumonia on October 20, while Elżbieta, unaware of her husband's death, passed away 60 hours later due to acute kidney disease. The couple was actively involved in the local art community, exhibiting their work both in Poland and abroad. Their unexpected deaths shocked the community, with tributes highlighting their lifelong partnership and contributions to the arts.
