Dangerous driving, recording online and punishment

A 21-year-old man was identified and charged with five offenses related to dangerous driving after a video showed him driving recklessly in Konstancin-Jeziorna. The police reported that he was accused of endangering road safety, including overtaking at intersections and pedestrian crossings. Following the analysis of the footage, a request for punishment was submitted to the Piaseczno District Court, which found him guilty. He received a two-year driving ban and a fine of 10,000 PLN.
