Unofficially: there is a new Company Collective Labor Agreement at Polish Post

Last year, the previous management of Poczta Polska initiated a challenging transformation program, including voluntary departures affecting about 15% of the workforce. Magdalena Gaj took over as president and emphasized the importance of social dialogue with employees. A new collective labor agreement is set to be signed, promising additional annual benefits and wage adjustments for employees. Poczta Polska has shown financial recovery, reporting a net profit of 469 million PLN for 2025, aided by state subsidies. However, the company faces ongoing challenges, including significant IT upgrades and efforts to improve its market position in parcel delivery services.
