Unpleasant situation at the construction of the culture library. "Discrepancies between execution and documentation"

A cultural center is being built in Stara Miłosna, but construction has faced delays due to contractor issues. The project, designed by XYSTUDIO, includes a library and cultural facilities. The district authorities terminated the contract due to unsatisfactory work quality. A new contractor will be sought, with a projected completion date of March 2028. The initial budget of over 27 million PLN may increase due to delays and additional costs incurred during the halt.
