Indestructible tardigrade just beyond the Polish border. It survives in any conditions

A rare species of tardigrade, Platicrista angustata, was discovered by Polish researcher Dr. Piotr Gąsiorek in the Taunus mountains, Germany. This finding marks the first record of this species in the region. The discovery was confirmed through DNA analysis published in "Evolutionary Systematics." Tardigrades are known for their resilience, surviving extreme conditions through a state called cryptobiosis. They can endure extreme temperatures, high pressures, and even radiation. Tardigrades were first identified over 200 years ago, with their unique survival abilities only recently understood.
