Extraordinary action of the Ukrainian army. Food and toys arrived by drones
On October 25, Ukrainian Interior Minister Iwan Wyhiwski announced a humanitarian operation in the occupied city of Ołeszkach, where drones delivered food and toys to children. The National Guard transported 15 packages weighing over 600 kilograms, including cereals and educational games. Residents report severe hunger, with around 50 children among the remaining 2,000 inhabitants. A ceasefire is set to begin on October 27 to facilitate humanitarian efforts, supported by both Ukrainian and Russian commands. The situation is dire, with reports of residents resorting to eating grass due to lack of food and water.
