No evidence that young Milan rioters were manipulated says Piantedosi

Italian Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi stated there is no evidence of external manipulation behind the recent riots in Milan. Defence Minister Guido Crosetto described the unrest as a result of 'hybrid warfare' targeting the West, utilizing social media as a tool for influence. He emphasized that a significant portion of youth participating in the riots reflects a 'counter-education' that contradicts societal values. The riots resulted in substantial damage, estimated at around one billion euros, with numerous clashes between youths and police, leading to injuries and detentions, particularly among minors.
