New gondola lift in Krynica-Zdrój: Krynica Express will connect the city center with Jaworzyna

Construction of the Krynica Express gondola railway has begun, featuring a 2156.5-meter line with 35 panoramic gondolas. The ride will take about eight minutes, reaching a height of 28 meters, with an initial capacity of up to 1,000 passengers per hour. The project aims to enhance tourism and accessibility year-round, accommodating both winter sports and summer activities. Local officials emphasize the benefits for residents and businesses, improving city transport and reducing car traffic. The investment is part of a broader strategy to develop the region's tourism infrastructure, with a completion date set for late summer 2027.
